Management did not show me proof of this they just let me go, after 18 months of stellar performance. I worked very hard to improve my performance month after month. Once I got to the point where I knew the job well and my sales were way above the quotas they claimed I placed Showtime on a customers account who said no to the offer. They were rigid and refused to own the technological problems they experience on a daily basis and look at the system.

Plus they kept my last commission check that I earned which leads me to believe that if you perform well at this company they will manipulate out the door and keep money you honestly earned. The training just wasn't enough to prepare most of us. In fact the only people who got through it were people that worked with them before. There were about 20 people when I started the training and by the time the end of week 2 came there were maybe 11 left.

Great for 3rd party call center
I have been on my current project for nearly five years and love it! Our Team Leads are constantly working to better our reps and upward movement in the company is possible. When possible the company is flexible with scheduling and tries to accommodate the employee's needs. The starting wage is about 9.00 per hour and raises are tide to attendance. Also their benefit package could use some work.
They focus a great deal on business acumen but do little to continue education for their employees. If one is trying to request time off there is no by the book way unless you have PTO to get a day off unpaid. The leadership would send out passive aggressive messages in chat complete with red font color and enlarged to size 15-20. My trainer for the project I'm working on is great.
It was a temporary position last year over the holidays and hoping I can get a more permanent position. With my personal situation, working from home with Convergys was a great opportunity. The pay was excellent and when I was sick during the holidays I worked when I could and wasn't hard to get the time off during the hours I was bad bad sick.

The availability for OT is good on average and better around the holiday season. I sign up for as much as I can handle. I was a work from home agent so there were pros of being home, not having to buy work clothes, not having to worry about the commute especially since my car was down at the time and I saved money from these things.
